All custom items are made-to-order with a standard production time of 3 to 3.5 weeks before shipment. During peak seasons, delays may occur, and we'll notify you if your order is affected.
In-Stock Items:
In-stock products ship within 24 business hours of your order being placed. Production time starts the next business day after you place your order, excluding weekends and major holidays.
Orders up to $50: $7 flat rate shipping
Orders $51-$150: $10 flat rate shipping
Orders $150+: Free shipping via UPS Ground

You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return on items purchased from the DIA Shop. Items must be returned unworn and unused in their original condition. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
