Dialed In Athletics specializes in custom athletic apparel, uniforms, and team gear, including made-to-order products and items sold through team stores.

  • Many products are customized specifically for the customer or team

  • Colors, artwork placement, and materials may vary slightly from digital mockups

  • Product images are for representation purposes only

3. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

  • Orders are not considered confirmed until payment is received

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion

  • Payment must be completed at checkout unless otherwise agreed in writing

Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible, especially for custom items.

4. Custom & Team Store Orders

Custom apparel and team store items are produced specifically for each order.

  • All custom items are final sale

  • We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect sizing, name spelling, or number entry submitted by the customer

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before submitting

Please carefully review sizing charts prior to ordering. By placing a custom order, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

5. Shipping & Fulfillment

Shipping timelines vary depending on the type of product ordered.

  • Custom and team store items typically ship within 3–4 weeks

  • In-stock items ship the next business day when available

  • Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of custom apparel:

  • Custom and made-to-order items are not eligible for returns or exchanges

  • Returns or replacements are only accepted for:

    • Manufacturing defects

    • Printing or artwork errors caused by Dialed In Athletics

To request a replacement, customers must contact us within a reasonable timeframe and provide photo documentation of the issue.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including logos, designs, artwork, text, graphics, and images—is the property of Dialed In Athletics and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Custom designs created by DIA remain the intellectual property of Dialed In Athletics unless otherwise agreed in writing.
