For any manufacturing defects or artwork mistakes, please email us a photo of what is incorrect, and we'll happily replace the item!

Orders up to $50 have a $7 flat rate shipping fee.

Orders from $51-$150 have a $10 flat rate shipping fee.

Orders $150+ ship for free

Custom items from Team Stores ship in 3-4 weeks.

Items from the DIA store that are in stock will ship next day.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

All orders that qualify for free shipping will be sent UPS ground, unless requested otherwise.

Orders below $150 that qualify for flat rate shipping will be sent either UPS ground or USPS priority mail.
