Shipping Policy

 

Custom Apparel:

All custom items are made-to-order with a standard production time of 3 to 3.5 weeks before shipment. During peak seasons, delays may occur, and we'll notify you if your order is affected.

In-Stock Items:

In-stock products ship within 24 business hours of your order being placed.

Production time starts the next business day after you place your order, excluding weekends and major holidays. All orders ship via UPS Ground as our standard service. If you require expedited or alternative shipping methods, please contact us to make arrangements.

Shipping Rates:
  • Orders up to $50: $7 flat rate shipping
  • Orders $51-$150: $10 flat rate shipping
  • Orders $150+: Free shipping via UPS Ground
Order Changes:

Once an order is processed (you'll receive an email confirmation), it cannot be modified or cancelled. We handle cancellation and modification requests on a case-by-case basis. If you need to make changes, email info@dialedinathletics.com immediately and we'll do our best to help—but there are no guarantees once processing begins.

Tracking & Notifications:

You'll receive an email with your receipt and order details when you place your order. Once shipped, a tracking notification will be sent to your email. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for carrier delays after your package has been picked up.

Return to Sender:

Packages returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address will incur a $10 Return to Sender fee to cover reshipment costs. Our customer support team will contact you to confirm the correct address, and the fee will be charged to your original payment method.
